1. Definitions

   “Agreement” means these training course terms and conditions.

   “Course” means the training course as described on this website and purchased by the student. “Trainee” refers to the individual or entity that has purchased the Course as set out on this website or online.

   
   

2. Cancellations

We always endeavor to accommodate our trainees requests, however, cancellations or transfers cause inconvenience and may jeopardize the commercial viability of a Course. For this reason, cancellations are accepted only upon email request at least 30 days before the scheduled Course date(30 hrs). If needed.

3. Attendance

If a trainee fails to attend the first or any subsequent day of a Course, The company reserves the right to deny the trainee entry to the classroom for the remainder of the Course. In such circumstances, trainees shall be required to pay the full Course fee. We request the trainee to inform in prior so that we could support them with the recording session and proceed with the course.

1. Rescheduling

   The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Course at any time and shall inform the trainee of such cancellation and offer the trainee alternative dates or a full refund of the fees paid. Our liability will be restricted to the refund of any Course fees paid. We shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred.

   
   

2. Prerequisites

   It is the trainees’ responsibility, to ensure that the trainee meets any online Course prerequisites. We will deliver the Course with reasonable care and skill but accept no liability in the event that, if the content of the Course does not meet the trainee’s requirements or expectations.

   
   

3. Copyright

   All intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, design rights and know-how in or relating to the course or course materials that are provided, or made available in connection with the delivered course, remain the sole property of the company or the copyright holder as stated in the material. No copies may be made of course materials either whole or in part or provided to, shown to, or used by a third party unless expressly agreed in advance in writing by the copyright holder.

   This agreement is deemed to have been accepted by the trainee once a booking has been received and accepted by us online.

5. Privacy

   We will share information about participants with the trainers and tech partners listed for the course, but the information will not be shared with any other 3rd party.

   
   

6. Payment

   Prepayment is required for every course. The invoice will be shared in email with the trainees.

   
   

7. Liability

   Except as expressly set out in this Agreement, all conditions, representations and terms whether express or implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise, including without limitation any implied terms, conditions or warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant the results of any training Courses. The maximum aggregate liability, if any, in connection with this Agreement, shall not, in any event, exceed the fees paid by trainees for the Course which gave rise to the claim. This section shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

   
   

8. Trainee Satisfaction

   Trainee’s satisfaction with the quality of the Courses provided is very important to us. Satisfied clients are key to the future of our business. If at any time you are not satisfied with the services provided, or you have a suggestion for improvement, please let us know and we will follow up. Please refer to these in email.

   
   

9. La lernen Training

The course provider for all courses on this website are by La lernen’s team and its trainers. We focus more on the implementation of the training at work. We ensure every participant went through a level of progress in every hour of training. We design the module for the long term results.
